|
The individual commission systems and licenses are described in detail below. There are 3 different categories of product packages you may choose from as a Business Associate:
Bronze
Silver - Earn twice the commissions a Bronze Business Associate earns in Pay Plan 1 (PP1)
Gold - Earn quadruple the commissions a Bronze Business Associate earns in Pay Plan 1 (PP1)
Business Associate
A Business Associate can earn commissions in both pay plans (PP1 and PP2). Your earnings depend upon the Business Associates title and the size of the customers'/ suppliers' transaction turnover. Based on the title, the Business Associate can earn commissions on his/her entire downline team, practically to an unlimited depth.
Business Associates may change their status to become Product Representative if they so wish. This choice is made in connection with the annual renewal subscription.
Product Representative
A Product Representative does not build a downline team and therefore only earns compensation in Pay Plan 2 (PP2) and only on his/her own personal customers and suppliers. A Product Representative may upgrade his/her status to become a Business Associate by paying the difference in the license package fee.
Hierarchy system
Our hierarchy system constitutes the entire foundation of our compensation plan. The hierarchy system is structured in exactly the same way as the family trees we use to chart the development of different generations.
All Business Associates and Product Representatives are assigned a unique and personal ID number. The ID numbers are assigned consecutively when you sign up. The assigned ID numbers do not distinguish between Business Associates and Product Representatives and are thus assigned according to the same consecutive numbering system.
When someone signs up, the specific Business Associate or Product Representative is placed automatically in our hierarchy system according to the same rules with which a son or a daughter is placed under his/her parents in a "family tree". Their status is indicated as "signed up" until they pay their license package fee and are activated as a "Business Associate" or a "Product Representative".
A Business Associate or Product Representative cannot be activated until his/her sponsor has been activated.
When signing up, all new Business Associates and Product Representatives must enter their sponsor's ID number. This way, they are automatically placed in their sponsor's frontline. The sponsor is the person who refers a new distributor to DubLi Network. There are no limits to how many frontlines you can sign up. The Hierarchy system is structured in such a way that it can be extended indefinitely, in depth and in width.
We have defined a number of titles for the individual associates in our hierarchical system. The individual titles are described under Pay Plan 1 (PP1). The titles are:
Business Associate (BA)
Team Member (TM)
Team Leader (TL)
Team Coordinator (TC)
Sales Director (SD)

Pay Plan 1 (PP1)
In Pay Plan 1 a customer-handling commission is paid. Pay Plan 1 builds upon our above-mentioned hierarchy system. Only Business Associates may take advantage of Pay Plan 1. In Pay Plan 1 a one-time commission is generated if you help another Business Associate to attract active customers to Dubli.com - so-called customer-handling commissions. The remuneration of a Business Associate depends upon the achieved titles. The different titles are mentioned below beginning with the lowest title.
The explanation below is based on a Bronze Business Associate. If you choose to become a Silver Business Associate you should double the commissions indicated below and should you choose to become one of our Gold Business Associates you may quadruple the commissions indicated below.
Business Associate (BA)
When a Business Associate has paid his/her license package, he/she will automatically be activated in Pay Plan 1 with the title of Business Associate. Business Associates will not be entitled to commissions until they meet the requirements to become Team Member (TM). A Business Associate's primary goal is to qualify as a Team Member; once qualified, they may take advantage of commissions.
Team Member (TM)
To achieve the title of Team Member you must sponsor at least three active personal customers or suppliers to DubLi.com. It is free to become a customer at DubLi.com. A customer or supplier is regarded as active when he/she has bought or sold a product or a service on DubLi.com.
You can be your own first customer, by buying or selling something on DubLi.com.
As a Team Member you earn €50 for each new Team Member you recruit to your frontline - in other words, you help a Business Associate sponsor three active customers or suppliers to DubLi.com.
If you are you not a Team Member yourself prior to your frontline qualification, the €50 bonus for this new Team Member will be deferred until qualification has been completed.
Team Leader (TL)
To achieve the title of Team Leader you must ensure that at least three of your frontlines become Team Members and that you enter a minimum of five active personal customers or suppliers to DubLi.com.
As a Team Leader you will earn €50 each time a person in your downline becomes a Team Member.
As a Team Leader you will earn €100 every time a person in your frontline becomes a Team Member, because you are the nearest Team Leader and Team Member at the same time.
As a Team Leader you will ONLY earn one of the above commission amounts each time a new Team Member qualifies. It will always be the highest possible amount.
Team Coordinator (TC)
To achieve the title of Team Coordinator you must help at least three of your frontlines to become Team Leaders and you have to sponsor at least 10 active personal customers or suppliers to DubLi.com.
As a Team Coordinator you earn €50 each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline.
As a Team Coordinator you earn €100 every time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline if you are the nearest Team Coordinator and Team Leader at the same time.
As a Team Coordinator you earn €150 each time a new Team Member qualifies in your frontline, because you are the nearest Team Coordinator, Team Leader and Team Member at the same time.
As a Team Coordinator you earn €25 in commission each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline, if you are the second Team Coordinator in a straight line upwards from the new Team Member.
As a Team Coordinator you will ONLY earn one of the four above-mentioned commission amounts each time a new Team Member qualifies. It will always be the highest possible amount.
Sales Director (SD)
To achieve the title of Sales Director you must help at least three of your frontlines become Team Coordinators and enter at least 20 active personal customers or suppliers to DubLi.com
As a Sales Director you earn €50 each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline.
As a Sales Director you earn €100 every time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline if you are the nearest Sales Director and Team Coordinator at the same time.
As Sales Director you earn €150 each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline if you are the nearest Sales Director, Team Coordinator and Team Leader at the same time.
As Sales Director you earn €200 every time a person qualifies as Team Member in your frontline, because you are the nearest Sales Director, Team Coordinator, Team Leader and Team Member at the same time.
As Sales Director you earn €25 as a bonus each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline, if you are the second Sales Director in a straight line upwards from the new Team Member.
As Sales Director you will ONLY earn one of the five above-mentioned commission amounts each time a new Team Member qualifies. It will always be the highest possible amount.
Vice President (VP)
To achieve the title of Vice President you must help at least five of your downlines to become Sales Directors. They do not have to be in your frontline but they have to be in five different downlines.
Furthermore, you will have to sponsor at least 30 active personal customers or suppliers to DubLi.com.
As a Vice President you earn €50 each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline.
As Vice President you earn €100 every time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline, if you are the nearest Vice President and Sales Director at the same time.
As a Vice President you earn €150 every time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline, if you are the nearest Vice President, Sales Director and Team Coordinator at the same time.
As a Vice President you earn €200 every time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline, if you are the nearest Vice President, Sales Director, Team Coordinator and Team Leader at the same time.
As a Vice President you earn €250 each time a new Team Member qualifies in your frontline, because you are the nearest Vice President, Sales Director, Team Coordinator, Team Leader and Team Member at the same time.
As a Vice President you earn €25 as a bonus each time a new Team Member qualifies in your downline, if you are the second Vice President in a straight line upwards in relation to the new Team Member.
As Vice President you will ONLY earn one of the six above-mentioned commission amounts each time a new Team Member qualifies. It will always be the highest possible amount.

Pay Plan 2 (PP2)
As Business Associates you earn commission from DubLi.com's trading fees, which result from the earnings from personal customers and suppliers or from customers and suppliers in your downline.
The individual payment is based upon which title you have achieved in Pay Plan 1.
As a Product Representative you earn commissions only from DubLi.com's trading fees, which come from personal customers and suppliers. There are no limitations to what you can earn as this will depend on your (and your team's) efforts.
Both Business Associates and Product Representatives must make sure that when their personal customers or suppliers register at DubLi.com for the first time, they use the Business Associate's or Product Representative's link or ID number to sign up. From then onwards, the system will automatically recognize which customer or shop will belong to this BA or PR when visiting DubLi.com in the future.
As a BA or a PR you will earn a commission every time a customer or supplier belonging to your team buys or sells something on DubLi.com You may also earn a commission if you yourself buy or sell something on DubLi.com. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the fee which DubLi.com receives from a certain transaction.
The more customers who trade via your ID number, the more you earn!!
The more suppliers who sell via your ID number, the more you will earn!!
All commissions are calculated based on what DubLi.com earns from every transaction. DubLi.com trade fees will differ depending on where a transaction is made and the products being sold. Whether DubLi.com earns 5 % of the total sales price of a product is being sold via DubLi.com or earns €2, commissions will be calculated in the very same way.
DubLi.com keeps track of all current customers and suppliers and their transactions. All relevant details are transferred to DubLi Network on a daily basis, which then calculates all commissions applicable to each BA or PR.
Commission percentages differ depending on the level that your customers or suppliers have attained in your downline. The titles are the same as those achieved in Pay Plan 1.
Customers and suppliers engaged in a transaction will most likely be registered under two different BAs or PRs, therefore, commissions will be paid to both the customer's Business Associate or Product Representative and its uplines and the supplier's Business Associate or Product Representative and its uplines.

Commission calculation
As a Business Associate you will earn the following:
Team Member: 10 % of your own personal DubLi.com customer and supplier earnings.
Team Leader: 12 % of your own personal DubLi.com customer and supplier earnings and 2 % of the earnings made by your openline team.
Team Coordinator: 15 % of your own personal DubLi.com customer and supplier earnings and 3 % of the earnings made by your openline team. You will earn 1 % if you are the second Team Coordinator in the line.
Sales Director: 19 % of your own personal DubLi.com customer and supplier earnings and 4 % of the earnings made by your openline team. You will earn 1 % if you are the second Sales Director in the line.
Vice President: 24 % of your own personal DubLi.com customer and supplier earnings and 5 % of the earnings made by your openline team. You will earn 1 % if you are the second or third Vice President in the line.

De-grading
If a Business Associate, who has achieved the title of Team Member or above, no longer fulfils the conditions for this title, he will automatically receive a warning via e-mail. The Business Associate will have one month to meet the conditions once again. If this does not occur, the title will be changed according to the conditions mentioned above under each title.
Such a warning will, for example, be sent to a Team Member if he does not have 3 active customers. If the Team Member does not regain the missing customers within the next month, he will be de-graded to the position of Business Associate. Afterwards, the system will check if the de-grading has any influence upon the nearest Team Leader in a straight line upwards. If so, the Team Leader will receive a warning, informing them that they have one month to recruits a new Team Member in his frontline or he/she will lose his/her title as a Team Leader.
Every time a warning is sent out regarding degradation, the system automatically sends a notice of this warning to everyone with a higher title who could be influenced by an eventual degradation. This gives the uplines sufficient time to prevent the degradation of their downline (and also to prevent them from being degraded). If a Team Member gets degraded to a Business Associate, and subsequently achieves the title of Team Member once again, the system will not renew any commissions, which have already been paid once.

*An active customer is someone who buys or sells something at DubLi.com within a time period of twelve months
Uplines: The individuals placed in your own hierarchy structure in a straight line upwards.
Sponsor: The most immediate upline just above yourself.
Frontlines: The individuals positioned in your first line immediately beneath you.
Openline: All the individuals situated below yourself, down to the point where you meet an individual who has the same or a higher title/rank than yourself.
Downlines: All the individuals situated below yourself, indefinitely downwards through the hierarchical system.
